Inspired by our love of movement, nature and community join Laura & Rosie for a refreshing Sunday morning at Alliston Botanix. 

 

We will begin with a 60 minute all levels yoga class in the Greenhouse designed to help you stretch, breathe and reconnect. 

 

After our yoga session, we will settle into a grounding hands-on planting workshop where you'll create your own mini potted plant to take home. 

 

You'll leave feeling inspired by nature and grounded!
