Jackie first began her yoga journey in her early 20’s, but then life happened. She reunited with the practice in 2010 when that old flame came back to life in an “oh there you are” moment. As her personal practice progressed, so did her need to grow and share with others what yoga has to offer. As a nurse, Jackie has always been drawn to helping others. Teaching yoga was on her mind and while contemplating how to make this happen, the universe found a way to lead her on this path. Through 2019/2020 Jackie obtained her 500 hr AYT certification and Kundalini certification

Love & live fully! With grace and passion, practice & lead yoga, mindful movement & yoga/spin classes. I love working one-on-one creating highly specific programs tailored to individual goals for; everyday weekend warriors or high-performing athletes.

In 2018, I embark on a personal passion project to recruit men to the practice of yoga. Sharing the simple power of practice, allowing them to experience the real-life, mind, body and spiritual benefits of a practice that links Prana, Mind,
Movement & Connectivity to nature.

Ginny is an experienced yoga teacher who has been teaching since she graduated from Hatha Yoga teacher Training in 2015. Her classes focus on proper alignment and breath work, Ginny’s classes are for all levels of experience and all shapes and sizes. Modifications and props are offered to encourage her students to trust in their bodies and take their practice to the next level.

Crystal, a dedicated yoga teacher since 2021, holds a CYA-550RYT certification, specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal, Postnatal, Kundalini, and Yoga Nidra. Her slow flow classes welcome all, offering pose modifications when needed.

Beyond the mat, Crystal crafts soothing Savasana scripts, ensuring a blissful end to each session. By day, she’s a high school secretary and a mom of two teens. In her free time, she enjoys dog walks, reading, and ongoing learning.

Crystal’s healing talents extend to her practice space in Alliston, where she offers services as an R.BIE practitioner, Reiki Master, Access Bars Practitioner, Crystal Healer, and Energetic Medicine Practitioner.

Corry started her journey with movement at age 6 studying ballet for over 12 years, she began her yoga practice 14 years ago and decided to start her Yoga Teacher Training in 2011.

In 2014 she completed her CYA-RYT 200 hr.

Corry has been teaching yoga and other fitness classes for over 9 years, Corry brings positive energy and balance to each class, promoting calmness and encouraging participants to carry their intentions off their mats.  Corry insists yoga should be fun, and brings that attitude to her classes, promoting peace, mindfulness and gratitude.

Yoga has been a part of Drishti’s culture since she was a child. Her journey began when she was 10 years old, practising with her sangha (community) in west of India, where she was born. With the curiosity in Indian philosophy and physical alignments of yoga postures, Drishti decided to deepen her knowledge & got certified in 200-HR YTT from Keswick, Ontario in 2022. Her favourite style of yoga to teach is Vinyasa and Hatha which is welcome to all levels of students. She likes to provide modification options to make a class personal to one with a mix of challenging- strength, balance, flexible and dynamic postures with a soothing Savasana in her class.

I started my yoga journey in 2010 when I walked into a yoga studio to try something new. Little did I know how much that decision would change my life!

I am a certified 200hr RYT. Certified through Ananda Yoga Studio, I took my Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 at Hot Yoga Bradford.

I enjoy teaching a variety of styles of yoga, from active Vinyasa Flows, Power Yoga, strong and gentle Hatha, to relaxing and restorative yoga, although a strong Vinyasa is what I like best.

I was born and raised in Alliston on a sheep farm. I like to bring little pieces of passion from all areas of my life into my yoga classes and I so look forward to sharing my passion with all of you!
